2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

3. Services Offered

We specialize in premium thread embroidery solutions for fashion, textiles, and custom design needs. Our services include:

  • Custom embroidery patterns
  • Bulk embroidery processing
  • Logo digitizing for embroidery
  • Fabric stitching and finishing

All services are provided with utmost care, craftsmanship, and quality assurance. Turnaround times and pricing are provided on a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.

4. Order Placement & Confirmation

All orders must be placed through our website, email, or in-person visit at our Surat facility. When you place an order:

  • You confirm that all details provided are accurate.
  • Once confirmed, no changes will be entertained unless mutually agreed upon.
  • Any digital files provided must be in acceptable formats (JPG, PNG, AI, or DST for embroidery files).

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from tushaplus8833@gmail.com outlining the scope, price, and delivery timeline.

5. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is quoted based on order complexity, stitch count, design, and quantity. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. However, once a quote is confirmed, that price will be honored for the specific order.

Payment Terms:

  • 50% advance at the time of order placement
  • Balance 50% before delivery or dispatch
  • We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other online payment gateways

6. Delivery & Shipping

We offer local pickup and courier shipping across India. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be borne by the client and informed in advance.

  • Local Delivery: 3-7 working days
  • Bulk Orders: 7-15 working days (subject to workload)

We do not take responsibility for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen events like natural disasters, strikes, or supply issues.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be canceled if embroidery production has begun. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Custom-made embroidery orders
  • Design rejections post-stitching
  • Color variations due to monitor differences or thread limitations

In exceptional cases where cancellation is approved before production begins, refunds (minus service charges) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

8. Quality Assurance & Warranty

We aim to deliver only the highest quality thread embroidery work. However, minor variations in color or alignment are natural in fabric-based custom work and are not considered defects.

If you notice a manufacturing defect (wrong pattern, major damage, or stitching error), notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After internal review, we may offer:

  • Free correction
  • Partial refund
  • Redo of the product (based on availability and severity)

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom designs provided by clients remain their intellectual property. However, any patterns or digital files developed by our team for embroidery purposes will remain the property of Tushar Plus Embroidery unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to display completed works in our portfolio or marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

10. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and accurate design briefs
  • Approve samples before final production
  • Make timely payments and communicate proactively
  • Collect orders on time or confirm shipping arrangements

11. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or goodwill resulting from delays or errors
  • Client-side mishandling of embroidery materials

Our liability, in any case, will be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the order in question.

12. Privacy Policy

All personal data collected (name, email, address, phone number) is kept strictly confidential and used only for order processing and customer communication. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party.

13. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes or concerns, please contact us via email: tushaplus8833@gmail.com. We will aim to resolve the matter amicably. Failing that, disputes shall be governed under the jurisdiction of the Surat Civil Court.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal matters shall be addressed in Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction only.
